Dhand Presley
Mr. Dhand Presley was born and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida. He is a proud product of Volusia County Schools. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Bethune-Cookman College, currently known as Bethune-Cookman University and a Master’s degree from Stetson University. Mr. Presley’s first two years began as an Exceptional Student Education teacher at Pine Ridge High School in 1999. Mr. Presley continued serving Volusia County Schools as an Exceptional Student Education teacher at Edith I. Starke Elementary School for the next ten years. His administrative duties began as a T.O.A at New Smyrna Beach High School where he remained for two years. He was appointed as the assistant principal for Exceptional Student Education at Atlantic High School where he remained until moving into his current position as the assistant principal for Exceptional Student Education at Seabreeze High School.
Jackie Bynum
Mrs. Jackie Bynum was born and raised in Wantagh, New York and earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Oneonta State University. Since moving to Volusia County in 2005, Mrs. Bynum has served as an English teacher, chairperson, academic coach, PAR, high school testing coordinator, dean, and an assistant principal. During this time, she earned her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Nova Southeastern University, and her certification in Educational Leadership from Stetson University.
Mrs. Bynum is looking forward to the 2021-2022 school year and is extremely excited to join the Sandcrab family!
